good question. i see that at bike shops all the time. if its what im thinking, when you rotate the weight of the bike on the kickstand as a shortcut instead of longer maneuvers.

Been spinning my 05 RR for, well, since I bought it in July of 05. The stand is still like new. The way the RR Stand is, it's not really putting a lot of pressure on anything. At least I don't think so.

I've been doing it since I got it and haven't had any problems. What's there to mess up?

small turn around space. would take precious seconds to manuver the bike.

personally, i would **** myself foolish if i did this, because i'd camber it too far forward and the stand would bend and i'd drop that bike right on the stator. much much fun yeah.

why would you do this? sounds dangerous to me. you cant put the bike in gear until the kickstand is back up. so you would have to stand it up, put the kickstand up, then put in gear, then go? am I missing something?

Lean it over, grab the right side subframe with your right hand, left hand on right clipon, put your right foot next to the sidestand, step backwards with your left foot.
