i got my HIDs off a guy on ebay, had 99% or 100% feedback, has over like 11,000 feedbacks. i payed $140 shipping for them. and the igniter was built into the ballast, so it saved a bit more room, i mean the ballast was still kind of big, but they fit under my seat. the thing with silverstars is, the color rating, can be the same, but the actual lumens they put out greatly differ. so it don't matter if it puts out 10,000K, that just refers to the color temperature. so silverstars may have a sligh HID appearance, but it's definately worth putting down money for real HIDs, when i flick my highbeam on, i can see extremely far ahead of me.

it's funny cause i took my friends ZX6R for a spin at night, tried flipping on highs, and they were already on lol. his low high combination was dimmer than my low alone lol.

yea but his light has better casting than yours! unless your housing was made for the HIDs...they go everywhere.

there's a big difference between sylvania silverstars and osram silverstars. the osram ones will last much longer as they are made in europe and have wayyyyy better workmanship. the will not burn out constantly like the US made sylvnia silverstars...which just burn out ultra fast. same company...different manufacturing companies...sigh...

I got mine from this guy: http://myworld.ebay.com/nissangtrpower

There's no difference between a motorcycle kit and a car kit. The only difference is that the motorcycle comes with 1 ballast/bulb/igniter, and the car one comes with 2. Also that guy I got it from has the igniter built in the ballast. I have some pictures to compare, but they're at home, so I'd have to wait until I got home from work. I got 10,000Ks which are blue.
