that's an 05, but i have a friend that got an 06 for only 6,000 dollars. the guy said he won't go much lower than 7,000 dollars though for this 05.


should i go for this? is this a good deal?


also, what are the differences, if any, between an 05 and 06 cbr?

If I had 7k to spend I think I would look for an '07. I have seen a few in that range.

 

not to bad just when u go look at it ask for a test ride, when u rriding it find a nice long straight away and go slow"NOT FAST!!". try this let go of the hanlde bars like if u riding a bicycle and c it it goes straight if it shakes or goes another way i would think again and look for another deal,

but other then that its a good deal i c it as a two bro and fender elimenter kit and a bunch of other extras all that is over $1500 bucks

 

hey if i were u i would really look into a 07 or 08 cbr 600rrbfor u look at that05they run for 9500 and u already wat looks like have 7000go get a loan for the rest or somethingor put it on a credit card and get ua new cbr the 07 & 08is a whole new bike ****ing faster, lighter then hell! and looks better i think

 

+1 on the '07. Different machine. And you can get them for 8500 now in our area. But to answer you question .. the '05 and '06 are the same machine.

not sure of the story. I've seen some great prices on the 07's

 

It all depends on where you are man on prices. By me thats a really good price. 07s are still going for $9000+ by me. I am swlling my 05 and my 06

 

I would look around a little more. You might find a better deal or just go with an 07 for a thousand or so more. I got my 06 for a great price of 5300, but goodluck on whatever you choose

 

07's here are 7999 brand new. they just don't have the sweet blue and white i want. I may have to go to southern powersports in TN
