Well, that depends if you're looking into Performance, Speed, Look, etc.....Some people like the older look of CBRs and others are oppisite. Some has never riddent the new CBRs so in their opinions, they THINK the CBRs they have are the BEST....in my opinion, you need to test ridden the new CBRs and older ones to find out the truth. Personally, i have an 06 and I think I would love to have an 07 or an 08 if I can afford one right now

Im the same way, I have an 06 and I love the look and feel of the 07. But you would really have to ride each bike. Everyone is going to have there opinion and think their bike is the best. I have two friends with r6s and they swear their bikes are better. I rode both and enjoy the feel of my bike.

i love my 2004.. The seat is a bit hard and the 2007 seats are nicer, so is the riding position if you ask me. it is all a matter of prefereance

Ahmen on that, i always thought my f4i was the man on the road. but then again the only bikes that can keep up with hondas are other hondas... so in that sense, it was the man.

all in all I think we should all be jealous of those pro guys who test drive every bike andare able to pick one favorite among them. jerks

I own an 03 and I absolutely LOVE It... It has Power, performance, looks... and everything you want in a sport bike.. The only thing that you have to get used to is the seat, but thats what makes it a Race Replica...

03 is the best because I have it.... But it terms of specs I heard the 07 08 has better specs because they did some type of adjustments to suspension and engine. Supposedly lighter and handles better.

From a racers standpoint.. in stock form the 07/08 is by far the best, the 03/04 is the worst.
The 03/04 and 05/06 are very similar, but the 05/06 is definately a better bike. The 05/06 has more midrange power & torque, and the front suspenion has better valving (agian in stock form). The 07/08 is for the most part a complete redesign nose to tail, but the front forks are the same as the 05/06 (for the most part) other than the color and a heavier spring.

That said they are ALL more than capable bikes...
