Default Rough idle, Bogging, stalling

So I just picked up a 2005 CBR 600RR, I rode it home and felt I slight jerk to the bike while coasting along with a small bounce in the idle. I brought it for a ride where I was getting into it after coming out of corners. After a short while the bike started to bog down in 3rd gear(exhaust note got loud but wasn’t gaining speed fast and had a lack of power.) I pulled to the side of the road in neutral where the idle happened to get much worse and eventually stalled out. After restarting the bike it made it back home pulling through the gears fine but still with a rough idle, So I drained the oil which happened to have a small trace of fuel in it. I replaced the oil and filter along with spark plugs and drained and flushed coolant while I was there hoping that would solve my issue. I then brought it for another ride where the idle started to bounce again and bog down midway through 3rd gear. Pulled over with a really rough idle again however it did not die on me I shut it down and restarted and it ran fine again all the way home with no bogging but keeping the rough idle. I can’t find any solutions online for what it could be other than maybe a possible Throttle position sensor. If anyone has any type of insight on anything to help I would greatly appreciate it as I am new to the world of motorcycles with this being my first bike. Thanks in advance

Default Pump may be clogged

To me it sounds like you fuel pump could have some small debris stuck in it. Try cleaning out the filter and there’s a good chance it will run again.
