Default Repsol Vs. Honda Pro oil

I'm considering changing from Honda Pro to Repsol oil. I have 6000 miles on my 03 and am not sure if the change is bad? I know it's a good idea to run the same oil in automobiles but not sure about the bike. Also, what do you guys run? Thanks

Depends on the Type of repsol oil you change to. Synthetic is better at retaining it's viscosity longer than Convential oil in a motorcycle engine. it'll still break down just not as fast.

Use whatever oil meets the specs and you will be fine.
