Don't do full synthetic on first oil change. Your motor isn't broken in yet. You need non-synthetic until breakin is accomplished. This is wide spread wisdom in the industry. Put back in what OEM has until break in. No warranty issues that way.

Instead of fighting, I'm just going to give my opinion:
I use the Honda oil from the dealer. They use it too. Three of the techs at the dealer (which were trained by Honda) use it in their own 600RR's. One of those guys from the dealer that races a 600RR Racebike at the track uses Honda oil. So I'm thinking I'm safe using the Honda brand oil. Hell, Honda makes the bike, why not use their oil?
