HAHAHA, this makes me laugh.
Swapping the motor on the RR is no easy task, since when you take the motor out, the whole bike falls apart. The rear swingarm axle goes through end part of engine block and proves to be a challenge. If your going in for a tire change, don't sweat it. Almost every motorcycle is the same when it comes to changing the tire. All you need to do is to remove the rims. And it shouldn't take more than an hour for them to change tires. You can't swap the motor out from an RR in a day, put it all back together for a patron... Why would they even do that just to steal your motor?
If your really worried, invest in a pair of bike stands, prop you bike up, take the rims off yourself, go to the local shop, have the tires mounted and balanced, then put it back on. Really, it isn't that hard, just a bit labor intensive when your doing it by yourself. No more than an hour's worth of work if you know what your doing.
I can take off the rims in about 15-20 mins, but it prolly takes me about 30-40 mins to put them back on since I usually work alone. It's hard to work on your bike when you have two bad knees from knee surgery. But if I'm crippled and can change my tires, so can you!
