if it was me even though i have an 01 f4i i would get the rr mainly because the f4i have the new funky tail section which reminds me of the bike pre 2000. also they are a better deal as far as the money you pay. they are only like 600 more.

Im just tired of arguing with people that have one mindset when I have beaten 600RR's on more than 1 occasion and I have ridden them myself. I can tell a noticeable difference in the power from a stock RR to mine thats why I am sure with my mods that it will seriously hinder the possibility that a person on a stock RR will win the race to even an amatuer rider with the mods I have on an F4i.

They stand the RR on a pedestal when its not the fastest 600 out there. Given I like the RR but they make it out to be that its the greatest 600cc bike
I do notice I'm about 3 feet taller b/c of my RR pedestal. Glad i didn't get the F4i! And yes, you would beat me in a race.

I'm only playing DT.

im 6ft 4 and commute on my rr (on one wheel) the 600f is more of a tourer, so get the bike you want, hurt for a few days after i got it but now i go all day sometimes and just a little stiff at the end. 07 cbr600rr will be similar looking to 06 just different paintjobs but will have 2006 R6 style fly by wire throttle and such electrononsense gizmos so get a 06 when they start flogging the 07s and grab a big discount.
I'm 6'3 so I was wondering about how comfortable this bike is, of course anything has to be better than my 250r

So with all the crap you put on your F4i, it's on par with a stock RR... that's what you're saying?
My F4i has more power than your "Bone stock" RR. But it would only take a sprocket change to do that.
YOUR F4i maybe... a sprocket changes doesn't make more power, just quicker acceleration.
Ok heres what it comes down to, If you raced a stock F4i...You would win if you are even OK at racing. But if the F4i had a sprocket change than the F4i would win. Im not talking about, full, up to the top speed of your bike because no one is going to race for that. If that was the case than any car that had a higher top speed than some bikes. would be kicking the sh*t out of us.
