May want to get your air cowls back on the thing. An the survey says?... Yes you do want to get your air cowls back on it.

Nice bike though!

Thanks, yeah it didn't have the left/right air covers or the inlet tubes on it when I bought it. I need to order them, it looks incomplete without them.

Since the dual inlets are open to the environment, is "ram air" really affected that much since air basically still has a straight path into the airbox?

Lilttle advice on body position, keep your toes forward by putting your ball of your feet on the pegs. Also get your butt off the seat a little and loosen up your grip. It looks like you have a death lock on your clip ons.

Picked this up at the beginning of June. First bike ever. (I literally had never sat on one until my friend taught me how to ride on his '05.) It has been an awesome couple of months! (Don't worry, I've already taken the MSF course and am signed up for the sportbike course this fall.)

Don't worry. I've already planned a fender eliminator, flush mounts, and the usual "clean up" items. Then I'll move on to performance.

Holy smokes Jack. Those are some huge pictures. You might want to resize them so we can see the whole bike without having to scroll across the screen. Great looking bike though. It's a nice pickup.
