if you have the $, you should look into a OEM seat cowl and a white/matching rear tire hugger. i would then absolutely drool over that bike!

Not sure about the white tire hugger...havn't thought about that! I'd like to paint the heel guards and rear pegs and paint all the surrounding plastic black instead of silver (similar to the white bike posted on page 2 or 3 of this thread)... Considering, but def not set on, red rim stripes... My brother does custom vinyl work on the side, so I'm gonna get him to cut me some logos in solid red that'll probably go down the mid fairing under the CBR Racing, OR - i'm gonna remove the HONDA at the the bottom and put my red decals there... Just want a touch of red in there, and more black Want a 'racey' appearence lol, not that i'll be taking it to the track or anything. But a little more red will go with the huge RED #13 on my new ICON helmet
who knows...

Here is my 03 RR. The first is the photo from the ad, the second is when I put the decals on it, The rest are from the new body.... I just put the body on it and I only have a few crappy photos, so I will try and get more tommorrow....I also chopped 3 1/4" inches of the Scorpion can....SOUNDS and looks amazing...

Since buying it amung normal things like oil and chain and what not, I have painted the rims back to a normal color, replaced the front brake pads, replaced the brake fluid, removed the ugly intergrated mirrors, replaced the stock exhaust, re wired my HID lights with better wire, re did ALL electrical connections the previous hack did, re-installed the factory air stacks as they were removed, installed an air-filter as it was missing, replaced the ram air tubing as it was missing, replaced minor missings parts like the stearing stem nut cover and various bolts, I rebuilt the frong forks as they leaked...new oil and dust seals, new bushing and sliders inside the forks, replaced a missing bar-end, replaced the little rubber on the shifter, replaced both peg feelers, ...basically I am fixing it back up from some hack of a owner....got it pretty cheap too... Next on the chopping block is a new set of 2CTs and a chain...

This photo was before I fitting the frame sliders and adjusted the fairing better.
