Looks REALLY REALLY SICK papi...very nice bro! [sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley20.gif]

Paint the subframe black when you get a chance...that's just 10 bucks of rattle can and some plastic sheathing and masking tape. I have powdercoated blackOEM brake and clutchlevers that I can sell you also for nothing.

And set it all off on the california coast?!?!?!

Priceless

red, i don't have the ***** for doing the subframe myself!!! as far as the levers go, i'm going to get real levers, but thanks. the last thing i want to do is get the levers prior to doing the brakes since that would be pretty pointless imo. i'll go with function over looks in that case, then get my levers afterwards. like i told you before, that was my next mod.

cdpadilla, i ordered them from pjsparts.com and when they got the order they contacted me telling me that i was ordering the wrong one for the rear.they nixed the problem with my order before it actually became a problem (ie. get the wrong part, attempt to install, then ship it back). they know their bikes and know their parts - i can't say enough good things about them. i've now ordered 3 separate times through them, so that should say something.

alright so i cant go on looking at this sick bike without putting in my .02. next mods have got to be powdercoatin the rest of the silver (maybe even the nuts and bolts) and then going for some kind of wheel pin stripe. then, some carbon fiber exhaust guards (those whatthe****s that cover the pipe next to your ankle and all the way up) those would really complete the cf look.. and maybe some carbon fiber fenders.... rear mostly. and then a cf chain guard.

that would be complete im pretty sure

i hate you shortbus .. i hate you and your sexy bike. makes me want a new 08

ORIGINAL: Blue Fox

The tank came with no Honda decals clear-coated on it? And are those Rizoma Zero's or Zero 11's.........I can't tell from the pics
Wow. I thought all the tanks had the vinyls clear coated over. The white 07, red 07, orange 08, graffiti 08 and blue 07's all had clear coated vinyls over the tank. But I guess you didn't have any stripes, just the honda logo's right? That would make sense.

You should get in touch with Watsen design to get some running light modulators for your front Zero signals. It completes the look IMO.

did you think i was shortbus due to my avatar? as far as the powder coating goes, i don't know that i'll go that route because i rely on my bike for transportation too much, and that would require pulling the subframe (along with a 1-2 week turnaround from the shop). people have given me a few alternate ideas as to what to do, but i haven't made up my mind yet. the carbon fiber midpipe exhaust shield you mentioned (the whatthe****) - i have it, it's just not on the bike right now. when the fairings were painted i had the stock one painted black, but when the new rearsets got installed, it made it so that couldn't bemounted anymore. the rearsets came withthe carbon fiber "whatthe****" (shield) though.

did i paint the fairings? no, i had a bodyshop painter do them.

I never was very crazy about the newer 600 fairings. Most are two tone, you know. But that's the best looking one I've seen, good job.
