Ok so I know a lot of people have been posting on if a deal they got was a good one or not....but i also need assistant. I've been ridding for a little while know and went through a bunch of bikes. Just bought a 04 gixxer 600 last november but got it stolen. (ALL THIEVES NEED TO BURN IN HELL) So i'm ready to move on to another bike. I also had a 01 zx6r which I hated. So I've decided to test out a 05 honda CBR 600rr. I am definetly comfortable with a 600 cc bike. I also use to ride a 750 gixxer. So my question is, is$5400a good deal for a 2005 cbr 600rr with lo jack and a carbon yoshi can with 10k miles on it? I would also like some feedback on the 05 cbr 600rr bike. how do you like it? Thanks a lot in advance for the comments.

Sounds like a really good deal. Just make sure all the maintanence was done with those miles. Also, make sure all the lo jack info is switched over for you. Other than that, just make sure everything checks out

Agreed with the above posts.

I have the 06 model and love it, I couldn't be happier with the bike.

If the maintenance was all done right, and the bike looks good then it seems to be a fair price.

Good luck,

Sounds like a good deal. But id say with or w/o lo jack. if they wanna take ,they will take it!By the time the police finds it...someone already sold parts of it on ebay. Just watch out where you park it and make sure your not too far from it.

They are basically the same bike really, except the R6 you have to keep spooled up in order to make MORE power than the CBR600RR at the same RPM. The CBR has a better RPM trend than the R6 does, which make it more of a street-able machine than the R6.
