Guys,



Just wanted to share my horrible experience with newenough.com. Basically, I ordered some sidi corsa air. I got the confirmation from them, but never got the goods. I emailed them twice and never heard from them. I called them and they claimed that my order slipped through the cracks.. hmm sounds fishy especially since they never responded to my emails.. guess the emails slipped through the crack as well.. here's my email correspondense with them.. don't shop there unless you don't want to get the order.

LOL! I was going to blame your order mishap on the fact that you told them they suck first, then realized that you have them from last to first... [&:]

Too bad about your bad experience, but you're honestly the first person I've heard complain about them...I've never used them, so I can't agree.

I did order some gloves from them al ltho not 300 buxors i had a back order delay and had a minor issue but all in all losing an order is unaccecptable.

yeah this is surprising because i know a few people who's ordered from them.. and only hear good things. sorry to hear what happened to you!

It only takes one f#ck up to screw you reputation in the business world. Its not the screwing up thats the big deal, its the non communication and non action.

I bought some Joe Rocket apparel from New Enough on two separate occasions and didn't have any issues. Sorry to hear about your experience. Customer service is key.
