Default Need help asap please. Bike is bogging down

Hey guys I need some help and advice please. I have a 2012 cbr600rr with only 90 miles on it. Bike runs great for about 30 mins to 45 mins and then when I open it up on the highway it starts to bogg down. Called my local honda shop and the "mechanic" said to change the plugs and itl go away. But my honda shop isn't known to have the best mechanics. Just wanted a few opinions from yall for me to try before I take it to the dealer.

Have you removed the fuel pump and filter to see if they are all gunked up?

another thing might be that the bike overheats?
Maybe check the thermostat.
Another thing might be fuel pressure?
After 30 minutes the fuelpump starts to do funny?
A mayor clue is that it happens after 30 minutes.
Check if you get the effect sooner or later depending whether you drive hard or whether the bike is warm already and do a restart etc. etc.
