Good point on the war stories... As for the bike being to aggressive for a beginner i would have to say its only as aggressive as my right hand... Thanks all
aggressive does not mean fast. he meant the riding position, the brakes, and the handling.

Exactly.
Watch out for the rear brake, its a bit sensitive on that bike. I suggest you learn to use it and master it.

Thanks again... i figured there was mor to it than just that... And to be honest i find myself forgetting that the rear break is there... My turning could use a little work i tend to swing a little wide . any tips on tightning it up....

Your turns are wide because you are not leaning enought or not pushing down on the handle bars hard.
Many people dont use the rear brake. Everyone has stories about it locking-up (I do too); however, if I need to make a drastic stop then I cant imagine not using the rear. Slowly and progressive. Slamming on rear can cause it to lock.

Thanks... Im headed out right now to get a little practice in... Got another question... Should i use my bike at the riders class or should i use theirs??

if you already paid to use their bike then i suggest that you do use their bike.
practice on some other bikes just to understand how sensitive your bike is and get a feel for other toys.

The cost was $25 with or without,, from what i understand they use some old small 250 or so,, just thought i might learn a little more about my bike if i took it,, but some tell me theres a chance i could drop it with some of the things they teach ya... Anyone here from ohio... Thanks for the tip on turnin worked great big difference already.... Man cars really like to ride your *** dont they.... Had my first dog chase me today... i almost feel like i should have a sign on my back with a warning "In training" or somthin... thanks again all
