Default my custom FE

this would look even better with aftermarket blinkers and exhaust( they are coming) absolutely free and extremely light, only uses reflector mounts and 4 washers!! let me know if you want more details...

how did you mount the tag? I'm not going to use rear blinkers.

the tag is on the original bracket, cut off middle and right tabs then bend the left tab up and around so the screw is pointing up, then drilll a hole in the bottom rear of your battery box, put the tab bolt up through the battery box hole and use the original nut that held it on the fender..
it can be mounted further forward also, mine is as far back as i could get it so its very visible..

i'm waiting until XMas (next time my wife said I could buy anything for my bike) to get my integrated tail light, but I was going to make my own FE just like you did. I guess great minds think alike! Thanks, at least I know the idea will work.

what about lighting for the plate or are you forgeting about that law very intrested to know what you did if you have one

yeah, you just take a lil' flashlight and tape it to the hugger......






no, ill be ordering those led bolt lights, i dont ride alot in the dark so i can wait for em..

Here is what I have done until I have time to make something else this winter... basically a piece of aluminum spray painted black that is riveted to the tie down plastic pieces...

who needs a tire? if your talking bout me i dont its mud streaked on from spinning it into my shed..lol..it only has 200 miles on it still has nipples!!
