MPG?

Default MPG?

I just posted the same question in the 1000 forum cuz I'm looking into buying a brand new bike. Anyone know how the 08 does on gas?

like 45 -41. i get 41 on my 06.

if you looking for gas mileage theres really no reason to get an 08. save some money and buy used. my old f4i got like 50 mpg

what what???? i get 28-30mpg on my 04 600RR....does the mpg improve that much on a newer one??

30 on your 04 is bad. or wrong. i have a slip on and -1+2 spockets.. still get 41.

you should get that checked.. change oil, fuel filter, air filter whatever you can basically. your getting jipped

It doesnt matter what you get as long as you get a power commander and tune it. Talked to a guy the other day the gets 45mpg and he rides hard24/7. you will lose mpg if you do mods with no power commander though. Messes up the air fuel mixture.

Depending on how I ride, I get anywhere between 35 and 49. I usually average about 42 mpg combined with some spirited riding and regular sane riding.
