MPG?

Wanted to see what everyone is getting for gas milage on their bike. I get about 30-32mpg, just seems a little low to me. I don't ride it hard just as a daily driver. Usually shift between 4500-5000 rpm.

I actually saw damn near 40mpg on my last fill up, but that was babying it during commuting. Normally it is closer, or worse even, than what you are seeing due to primarily being ridden hard.

Yea i ride mine too hard to get really good gas mileage. But i guess the 27 i get is better than the 8.7 my truck gets [sm=happy046.gif]

don't over estimate the gas millage of a motorcycle its not as good as everbody thinks they are. I get about 27-32 mpg depending on how I ride. not that thats bad or ne thing compared to most cars out there

thanks for the info i was over estimating my friend has a 250R Ninja and he gets like 55-60 didn't expect that much but just thought it should be a little higher.
