MPG?

RE: MPG?
I usually only get 120-130 miles before the light starts blinking. If you check at the pump though, you will see that there is usually 1-1.5 gallons left in the tank when the fuel gauge starts blinking. That works out to around 40 MPG which is normal (unless you are just warp speeding all over the place).

RE: MPG?
I usually get around 37 (haulin a$$) to 40, even got 41 mpg this last tank as Ive been cruising a lot more with low rpms. anyways, yeah, what majin said, the light comes on pretty early. to check your mpg, always look at your trip meter and then the exact gallons at the pump... youll get a lot better numbers that way

RE: MPG?
the best i have gotten is 47mpg. but it was all highway and i was averaging around 70 so the rpms didn't really get over 6000 unless i was passing someone i didn't trust being next to. but i take it easy most of teh time and average around 43mpg. i did notice that it went up when i switched to full synthetic oil. hope this helps.

RE: MPG?
my mileage sucks ***. But who cares, its a bike. The faster you drive, the less you get. Either way its still about what highway mileage is in most sedans, and you can go a buttload faster, and its way more fun. I get 30ish depending on how im driving and if i have a passenger. I know its like 7-8 bux to fill up with premium and my accord is like 35-40 bux for 2.5 times as many miles. I dont even care about mileage but seem to get 100-125 miles before the flasher comes, and you still only fill about 3 gallons.
Mileage costs nothing compared to insurance. For the amount i pay in insurance each month, i could fill up my bike 30 times.
