I have about 30 miles on my bike, and whenever you get it up to and past 35, you can here like, in car business, what you would call an engine knock, or putter. As if a lifter would be sticking in a car. Is this normal for new motors just getting broken in?

 

im a car mechaninic so i know those sounds, but on my new 06 600rr the only noise i ever heard was that anoying buzz around 5k, maybe you should take it to get looked at, cant hurt still under warranty right?
p.s. check the oil.

 

Well, then you can relate. I am thinking i should take it in. has anyone else heard this noise>?
