Default Mobil 1 Synthetic...?

I picked up some the other day. Four stroke motorcycle oil, full synthetic, meets JASO spec and everything, and its like M rated. I was just curious as to if anyone has used this before. Its like eight bucks a quart, which I was paying for Spectro Semi, and the Repsol stuff is like 15 around here, so I am trying to avoid that. My only concern is that it doesn't have the certification logo on it like the Repsol and the Spectro oil does. Just wanted to double check. Thanks in advance...

Its has no moly in its so its safe for wet clutches. Everyone raves about that oil. I just put it in last oil change and everything feels a whole lot smoother. Its also 8$ a quart at autozone so its what i get.

I use Shell's Rotella T 5w 40. Got really high ratings! The wear down of this oil in 3000 miles is one of the best. Mobile m1 - 110 Filter is the way to go.

+1! That stuff is awesome. I honestly like it better than Repsol (and at $16 a GALLON, its a LOT cheaper!). I also use the mobile m1 filter.

So I must be a rook-
I have not personally changed my oil yet (2200 miles- honda did the 600 service) and was under the impression that I had to stick with Honda oil and filter. What is its breakdown life?

I would love M1 syn since its all I use in my own car-
thanks

Great guys, im glad its going to work well. I am unfamiliar with the M1 though, I am using one I got at a regular shop. I changed the oil and the filter at the end of last season, put like another 100 miles on it, and in the garage she went. I was thinking of not changing the filter this time, but if there is a better one, well then you know, ima do it.

Put it in, runs like a champ!

What is the model number for the M1 for an 07? The M1-204 looked way too big, but then again I was at autozone, and that might have been for a car. Are the numbers different?

I was using Mobil1...this was over $9.00 a qt. at Schucks/Kragen/Checker...Until I found Amsoil 10-40 MCF at a local bike shop of just over $8.00...Amsoil has a bit better data study ratings.
