No it doesn't really bother me, its not that the whole bike shakes (any more than normal) just the mirrors are a bit bouncy. They aren't unusable or anything. I could try tightening them down some which might help but just haven't ever gotten around to it.

I turn my head over shoulder for most lane changes anyways.

It really only comes to mind when I blow past a Officer of the Law and then look in the mirror for lights and am like "dammit - they all look like CV's" haha
