Default My bike was totaled

So long story short, a dumb *** decided to back up on a one way street without looking behind them where I had stopped behind them. My bike and I went down and the entire front end was destroyed. It's all in the hands of my lawyer now but I'm having to start all over from stock. That is whenever I can get this crap taken care of and get a new bike.
I was considering the '11 600 with ABS. My other bike had the ABS and I loved it. The only problem is that in '11 they only come in black. I'm looking for some decal ideas to spice it up a little bit. I have been browsing some of the decal kits on tape works, but would like a little feedback from the forum.
Please and thanks.

Sorry to hear that, RRchic. Welcome to www.tapeworks.com the premier aftermarket design source for motorcycle graphics and decals on the web. does custom tape works. If it is all black, it will be easier to add cool design. It's good that you are ok and thinking about the next bike!! When I had little accident with a car, I actually made more money than I spent fixing. I am not sure if that will apply to totaled bike. But make sure you get well compensated.

I happen to have a good friend that is a pit bull of an attorney. He's got a list a mile long that I'm entitled to about all of the extras I added to the bike. Of course this would happen right when I get it just the way I like it. Some of the tapeworks kits are very nice. I didn't know how easy they would be to apply and the quality. Most of the pictures they have look phenomenal.

If you are talking about my ability, I don't think it will be easy. But you might be more talented than me
Get extra money to have custom paint done

That I would have to investigate further. I did see a GSXR at the race track and he had the airbrushed flames on the front of the tank and front fender. It was a black bike but looked bitchin.

Honda is supposed to release more colors later into the season. Maybe just see if any others are available? Or just go for a 2010 that's still on the showroom floor.

PS- Glad you're okay. What a moron.

sorry for your loss: it's frustrating to lose something you've invested so much more than simply money in.

tapeworks' vinyl quality is excellent -- i used to be in the vinyl business, and i've even ordered some of their kits. they do the best job of any of the mainstream businesses i've seen.
i've never actually had the opportunity to buy anything from eddie, but tons of ppl in the bike community have, and i only see rave reviews.

might wanna put some extra insurance money in a louder horn.

i wonder if we'd use a "reverse" on bikes if it existed... would help get out of some parking spaces and avoiding tragedies like this
