Yeah i made a plate holder on my bike but i had to bend the plate back a little bit and i'm not sure if that is legal but you can read it still even though its bent andi put the registration on top so you can see it... but i was still thinking about that way so my plate doenst have to be bent.

 

I can't tell you what size bolts you need, but can I give some minor advice? When posting a link that long go to www.tinyurl.com and generate a smaller one. It bugs me when I have to scroll across the screen to read posts haha
