Higgy, I've been looking for the rim tape to see how it will look, but I'm afraid it will be two different shades of blue. Anyone have a good place to buy rim tape?

Tribal_Steve, if you look close at the fender I made a few changes. I took the fender off actually and made a bracket to hold the plate. The bracket also allowed me to re-use the license plate light and turn signals. I agree, take it all off and add the integrated tail light and it looks so much better. BUT... I live in the “people’s republic of Virginia”, a commonwealth state. The state inspection ***** will never pass it without a plate light, I asked them. They broke out the book to add to their arrogance to show me the code stating the need for a license plate light and felt the need to mention most rice rockets fail because they use signals that are too small and remove the side reflectors. I’m only stationed in Virginia for one more year, then it’s back to Ohio…. Then it’s on!!! or actually, it’s all off… Ohio doesn't have inspections.
