Im looking to get this slip on and i was wondering whats the difference in these two?????

i think its the way the can is
the standard mount connects to the subframe in one place at the center
the factory mount connects to each side of the subframe.

plus the shape of the can.
i have the factory mount on mine

 

So is it worth the extra $$$$ to get the factory mount???
