As of now, it needs:

Frame, sub-frame, chain/sprockets, front stay, all new fairings, headers, kick stand, battery and a battery tray.

I just hope the motor isn't warped. I am trying to get in contact with some techy race guys and find out what my chances are of having the engine not fit into a new frame. It runs, rides and shifts, so I am not sure if it could be warped yet still run.

Welp, I wanted a winter project so now I got one. lol.

Wheel base was 1.3 inches longer than stock due to the frame being stretched, and the motor mounts are cracked.

SO, looks like I will be rebuilding the bike from the ground up. I suppose this is a good way to learn the way around my new bike.

I'm willing to take pics and document the whole process if anyone here is interested. Let me know!
