Help required please

Default Help required please

My cbr 600rr 2004 suddenly is whilst riding showing the Hiss and oil light, the bike cuts out then goes again, but if I keep.bike on low revs it's fine this is only happens when riding, brand new battery put on still doing the same, can someone please help thank you, any advise will be appreciated

First thing I'd check is the oil level and make sure it's up to snuff.

I've checked the oil bud level is good I do regular oil change any other ideas

I'm not familiar with the operation of the HISS as it's not sold here in the US. Someone else may have thoughts on that. As for the oil light, I'd be concerned with my oil pressure. See if you can get a gauge on it to be sure you don't have an issue with that.

Whilst you are at it pop over the the new members page and tell us a little about you and your bike(s)
We really like pics.

Unfortunately with the HISS system you will probably have to take it to a dealer for them to investigate with their diagnostics, it may be an issue with the transponder in the key or something more sinister. You should get it looked at soonest as you don't want it packing up miles from home.
As for the oil light, could be the pump on the way out, very unusual tho but I would be worried as you certainly do not want the head starved of oil.
