went for a ride the other day and the bike was at half tank, now the bike has been riding hard and well. after filled up the bike started to miss fire ataround 3-4 thousand rpm i put aditive tosee if it was injector nothing happened.
few days after, took the bike out but these time it wasnt missfireing but it was still shutting off at low rpm so i dumped all the gas filled up at a different gas pump and put a brand new battery. shyt still shutting off at low rpm.

by the was is a 2007 cbr 6000rr with 6000 miles

 

did you overfill the tank?

if it gets into the evap canister it can mess up a bunch of ****..

 

no i didnt overfill it

 

I wonder if your bad gas may have fouled your plugs. Will it stay running at all if you let it idle, or is it just periodic shut down?

 

you say it only does this at low rpms

 

just take out your spark plugs and see if they are fouled... they will be all dark and grey on the sparky part
