Default Headlight Out ?!?!?!

I am so tired of hearing people say my one headlight is out. Anyone switched it out?

I always ride with my high beams on. I think of it this way, I don't really care if I'm blinding the person infront of me. As long as they can see me, is all that matters. There are too many old people that don't pay attention, and if they don't see some BRIGHT *** light coming towards them, they won't pull out. Thats just how I look at it anyway. I use my high beam for a saftey issue.

I posted in in your DIY thread also but..

I started to, but didn't have much luck. I deal with military gate guards every morning at 5am so it's nice and dark... now I just blind the crap out of them with my brights. What a dumba$$ design. Not much we can really do, both sides use the same bulb, the housing/angle and reflector are made different to give us a low and high beam. If anyone can think of a way to fix this.... let me know.

I've had one thought, but haven't planned it out all the way yet. Buy the samll LED accent lights from Advance/Auto Zone and mount three in the high beam side and wire it up to work with the low beam. Just enough light to illuminate the high beam side so it looks like it's on.

What's up with the ugly third light on the front, we have nice bright clear headlights and then you have the small yellowish light in the center... cheap. I'm looking to see if I can find an LED replacement for that as well.

I have seen people replace the middle light and whenever someone says my Headlight is out I just thank them and walk away what I heared is that it's a safety thing suppose to draw more attention to you cause people will notice the one headlight out

The Reason is so dumbass road users don`t think your a car in the distance because theres 2 lights. I run them both all the time now, i`ve adjusted the aim on the high beam so i don`t blind others. Its easy to do.

I run the low beam during the day and then the High at night.... But think I will just run the high beam all the time and forget about it..
