yea...but ii got a police report saying it wus UNAVOIDABLE so ii pray to God that the insurance company doesnt jack up my premium. Ill prob take it my boys mechanic over at BMW(for motorcyles of course) get a quote on how much it will cost 2 fix,& if its near the price of my deductible($1k) just not involve the insurance company.

Allstate Sucks A$$ !!!

Their advertising is so opposite of the actual business practice.
Any good attorney cringes when they go against Allstate. My wife's law
firm has a case now with their client who has Allstate was hit by a drunk
driver who has Allstate & they had to go to court. Client A suffers injuries
due to Client B being a drunk & Allstate doesn't want to help their Client A.
Go Figure.

as long as you replace the bent and broken stuff with new parts the bike should be ok, at least it tumbled around in grass and not into a guard rail or something it.
