I have a set of Vortex still in the box. I have not installed them yet but I hope to this week end. In fact I bought a torpedo level today to do the install.

LSL!!!! The frame slider will take the slide at speed, and won't bend like the others. http://www.spieglerusa.com/cfm/FrameSliders.cfm
$59.00

You may remember that I went down a couple months ago, and when the bike went on its side only the sliders were on the ground. I took it in and had the tops replaced.

Oggy *****.
They are Australian made so I don't know where you Americans can purchase them from locally, but they have backets and a nice stron reinforcement bar that runs in front of the engine block so they will easily tanke the weight of the bike if it drops. Best thing about them is no fairing cutting!
I will try and get some photo's of my 600rr with them up tomorrow.

no cut sliders usually just break off when you crash... esp on a bike like an RR where they are so far away from the frame holes they are mounted to.

I love my oes... they've been crash tested by a couple other members and have held up...
