my name is michael and im new to the forum, ive been getting on this for a few weeks ever since i got my new 07. i placed an order 5 days ago for flushmounts and a FE kit. i even paid the 22 extra dollars for 2 day shipping, maybe its a problem on my end of the deal but im getting zero customer support.they have no contact number and wont return my emails, and no tracking number from ups? im getting very impatient anyone else had these kind of problems?

 

i order a fender eliminator kit and integrated lights from them and got them right away. didnt have any problems with them

 

well did they give you a tracking number right away? im trying to stay as optomistic as possible i keep thinking maybe tomorrow. im tired of waiting at the end of the driveway for the ups truck. ive already taken my stock signals and fender off. so i cant ride legaly until i get my new ones in...........so i wait

Might want to PM Macblastr since he is our point of contact on the forum for Bikelitez (which is a sponsoring vendor on this forum) before you go ranting away.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with them, and am pretty sure he'll bend over backwards to ensure evrything goes right with your order, hell, he even offers pretty good discounts to forum members even after the discaount offer has officially expired... Look him pu, hell help you out.

 

macblastr is the one i emailed. like i said before maybe i misunderstood something when i clicked the expess 2 day shipping feature for 22 extra dollars. he can keep the "forum discount" i just want my lights. by no means am i trying to tear down his company....rant might have been to harsh of a word for me to use in the heading, i was just trying to get some feedback from past customers..
