RE: Fender Eliminator.. Detailed Instruction?

does anyone have the competition werke one for under 150 bux? otherwise I am gonna hack my OEM fender to just the black bar and drill my own holes in the black support bar. I am fine running plateless this summer but after that I will need plates. I would almost rather DIY this but I am sure there are some premade ones that look like they should have come factory on the bike

I recommend saving a little more and going with the Comp Werks system. It is a very quality product and a very clean look. More importantly it is legal because you are "displaying" your plate and it will be lit too. Remember when dealing with Po Po you don't want give them an obvious reason to stop you. An unlit license plate light is an easy probable cause stop for any cop to further "investigate" the mods you made to your bike.

Dont drill any holes until you have to, the instructions said something about drilling holes with mine, but in the end I didnt have to. It took me an hour just to try to figure out what to flock they were talking about.
In any case the two plastic bushings that held on my stock fender along with the lock bracket hold it on perfect.
