Isthe rubber grommet getting pushed/pulled out? Try some teflon tape or something to keep it from pushing through.

The allan bolt point closest to the seat for the farings, just bolts the 2 plastics together and doesn't secure into frame of the bike or anything solid.

If it's the mid fairings on the side of the bike, there's three bolts that screw into rubber well-grommets. Those rubber well-grommets "swell" as you screw them in, preventing them from "popping out".

The top grommet should be attached to the metal bracket, the middle one is attached to the lower fairing, and the bottom one is also attached to the lower fairing. The bolt needs to be tight, and you should be able to tug on the fairings and they should not pull apart at all. If they do, those rubber well-grommets are not seated correctly, or you somehow don't have it tight enough. I'm not sure, a picture would help A LOT.
