I just picked up a 06 cbr600rr its a really rare color from what i was told ..it only has 500 miles..but the color is called a digital mettalic silver.iv never seen this color before..and neither has anyone iv talked to..the paint code is NH-A30M i just want to know about it please get back to me..

 

Just did a quick google search. Says the color was called Light Silver Metallic.

Its all over various websites as a 2006 color option. Says nothing about it being rare.

Unless your Digital Silver is something else entirely. Post a picture.

 

honda does not do "rare" paint codes unless you consider the repsol 05,7,9,11 paint patterns...

you have a standard silver unless like nate said ... maybe your bike was "repainted"

 

I don't know about how many 2006's were made in this color but it is not rare. My 2008 is the same paint code and there are a couple of guys on this board with the same paint option in 2008 as mine.

Regardless, I think they are good looking bikes!
