Default Couple of new things....

Had the house to myself this weekend....added a couple of little things to my baby.

Note: I'm not a big fan of chrome/polished aluminum, so i'm slowly tryin to eliminate as much as i can from my bike.

New for today:
-Tire lettering
-Black levers
-Black Gas cap
-fairing bolts all painted black
----The black paint i used is a black non-slip paint....it has small sand grains in it that give it a textured feel. It's meant for boats i think, to give you somewhere to step---but it worked great. Requires no primer, just scuff with sandpaper and paint.

Next up is to send my pegs off to powdercoat, paint the swingarm while their gone, and get rid of these heat shields (as soon as i can talk the girl into lettin my buy an exhaust...)

so you painted the levers your self? that non slip stuff doesnt give you blisters?

i like the black parts theme. i think it would go good on my bike (fire engine red).

I'm still in-between about an exhaust....it's down to either a yosh carbon fiber, or an akra...that is, if i don't just keep the stock exhaust.

The lettering was done with a tire marker made by Dupli-color that i picked up from auto zone for like $2. They've got all different colors, and they work great.

Thanks for the comments guys!!!
