OZ if you bought the bike from an auction house and wanting to get it back on the road as a repairable write off, you'll have to get a VIV done before getting it registered.
in case you didn't know ,you'll need to show receipts for all the parts you replaced otherwise it won't pass.

just keep that in mind, lets see some pics.

Nah don't need to any of that. I bought it off a young guy that scared the **** out of himself and threw it down the road. It's only bodywork that is damaged. He crashed with no insurance and couldn't afford to fix it. His loss my gain.

I'm still trying to make up my mine what to do with the colour and paint. I'll either go back to standard or am thinking of a full race rep.

Your bikelooks good and I'm sure it sounds great to.I went the black with my Aprilia so not to sure what to do with this one.And a pipe is something else I'll need to look at. I have plenty I'll probably do. I don't like the feel of the front brakes so braded lines and a radial master cylinder will probably go on. I'll probably get it suspension done. I'll just have to see how I go after I do some K's on it.

Oz, paint your bike pearl yellow like the 03 models. In my opinion the RR looks the best in yellow.

I can't say I've ever seen one in yellow. It will probably end up with mismatched panels or in primer to start with. My first mission is to get it on the road and then I will make it look good. When I do paint it, it will either be stock colour (red) or it will be a full race rep. I don't mind the look of Casey Stoners GP bike from last year. Simple but effective.

I've had a Red SP1 a Yellow 748 and have a Black RS250 Aprilia so I'm starting to run out of colours.
