I bought one from CycleGear but it was impossible to keep the edges clean and it ended up looking like crap pretty quickly.

I use two products.

I use the Tankslapper for the sides. I don't bother with the center piece that comes with this because it sticks to my leathers.

Then I use a clear tank pad. Its made by some Italian company but they're all the same. Progrip makes one that is probably easier to find.

I've got the Tank Slapper product on both my tank and headlights. Not only do they work great, the guys at the company are extremely helpful and great to deal with.

I don't have leather pants, so I don't have any problems with sticking.

don't get the clear ones...they get dirty fast and impossible to put 'em on without any bubbles...atleast for me...

Hey CKSean, Which make/brand, do you mean when you say you had problems with bubbles & they got dirty fast? & why would clear get any dirtiewr than colored ones?

How did you get bubbles under a tankpad? All you have to do is line it up, attach the bottom and work you way up sort of pullin so its tight when you lay it down
