Who would win on a 1/4 mile? what mods should I do to beat the hayabusa on a 1/4 mile?

What mods? Hmmm, how about slashing his tires -- that'll give you the edge. C'mon now, is this some sort of fishing expedition?

 

Hayabusa... the one that is being labeled as the fastest production bike? I would say reconsider. 600 vs. 1300. CBR600=just over 100HP and the BUSA has 155HP stock. CBR600 = 160mph top speed, BUSA = 200+ top speed. I'm just guessing, but I'd say for a CBR600RR to even keep up with the BUSA, you'd need every possible mod to the engine and add NOS. Dont even try and beat the BUSA,cos you wont its that simple.

 

i dont think its impossible. but itd require the 600rr to have a turbo or a supercharger. and maybe nos on top of that. if you really want to beat him with a stock 600rr take him to a road course with a lot of tight turns and almost no long straightaways.

 

Your trying to race a Ferrari with a Yugo.......Lets be realistic here, the 600rr is a great bike. I just bought a 05 Tribal Edition for my wife. I ride a 05 1000rr Repsol Edition now and have ridden a Busa for a couple years prior to the 1000rr. Having become pretty familiar with the 600rr now, there is no snowballs chance in hell of the 600rr ever outrunning the Busa. Unless of course the Busa was being towed by a Yugo....LOL

I can tell you EXACTLY what to do! Get a turbo kit with the pc...3000$, stretch at LEAST 4 inches, strap the front, full race exhaust and PRACTICE. It CAN be done. I watched it happen here in WICHITA Ks.!!! My buddy has an 05 rr and STOMPED a busa!!!!!! The busa was ALMOST stock. (slip ons!) But my boy BEAT his *** by QUITE a shot!!!! The turbo kit makes 4-5 pounds of boost. He can make up to 11, but you gotta BEEF up the fuel when you go past 4ish pounds!!!!!!
