any coils from car world that will fit on my 2008 600RR?

why would you do that....
I wouldn't know a brand, but it is very likely that about any carcoil would me too powerfull too handle for the ECM.
And if you would find something I would try something that could handle the rpm's of a bike.
What I know from electrical systems is that coils are suitable for certain frequency's and have a certain amount DC resistance at the 12VDC side.
If you don't get your hand on different coils it would be a interesting search....
