Kleetz any update on if it was the battery? Where you able to get the bike going?

No update yet. I haven't been back to the parents place (where the bike is) kind of a busy week. But I plan on heading over there today/weekend, taking the battery to Advanced Auto and having them check it. Possibly buying a continuity tester while I'm there.

I will post any updates as soon as I can! Thanks for checking!

When I wanted to have my battery tested I called Napa, Advanced, Auto Zone and O'reilly Auto and they all said they could not test a motorcycle battery as their equipment was not setup for it. I called a Honda dealer and asked them if they could test it, they said yes, so I drove 20 min there and then the guy told me that they would have to keep it over night because if he puts it on now it will only tell him it is will take a charge, not it if will hold a charge. You might want to make a few calls first so your not wasting your time and gas running around for no reason.

kleet if you try to jump it you can use a car just dont start the car and rev the engine. they are both 12 volt systems so there is no difference in the way the battery works
