Default anodizing engine cover?

has anyone ever tried to anodize there engine and clutch cover with the coke and battery method? I was thinking about it and wondering what it would look like before i did it.

powder coat.



WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY cheaper, and better all around.. take it off take it to a PC guy, and get it done for less them 60 bucks

tell you what, save your money on the batteries, drink the coke, and take ^^ advice and just do the powdercoating.

you get batteries and you control the amprage and put whatever you want anodized in a tub of coca-cola(it has ingrediances that make it work) and put the wires into the tub and the longer and different amperages will give it a lighter too darker golden tint or different color combo... my friend knows how to do it all and explained it all too me..
