In all honesty becuz of the performance i love the new 600rr but i dont like how they look at all. paints cool, fairings suck and whats wit the brake light i hope a lot of people do the 06 tailight install on them! lol sorry if offend anyone but damn what is with this style? Now the new 1000rr looks good.....as for me i only weigh bout 135 so a liter bike would prolly kill me. I hope they change it next year!

hit the nail on the head with this one. the main reason i would never buy a 07 is cause of the taillight! that blows. honda will never get it right.
my year, i have a stupid silver swing arm on a all black bike. this year 07 the fixed that problem and also added more power but put the tail light on the plastic section that comes off at the dealership! sucks!

maybe you should apply for honda's R&D team then. With Supersports, honda has chosen the Function Over Form motto. you can ALWAYS take the fairings off, buy new ones, paint them they way you want them to look, and put them on.

yah dude but how easy would that be? im mean **** i dont even like yamaha but they got some style its not hard to make a bike look good i wish i could be the "lead designer" or whatever up there at honda cuz i would change up the fairings big time then we (cbr owners) would have the most functionable bike and the sexiest i mean **** they were so close to making it perfect buy either way if hadnt jumped in 06 id be gettin an 07 now im just gunna wait a year or two for them to get even better. and hopefully they bring back the tail light!!!

It's not like I hate the 07's, but I'd rather hold onto my 06.
The tail lamp isn't bad........they'll have mods for that, just give it time. But what I'm really not fond of is the "flat foreheaded" look of the 07's. But, once I get past that, it's really a beautiful bike.

I love the look of my 07 but i wouldn't mind an 06, they're both great looking and great performing bikes.
Your talking about small features of the bike you don't like and if they were to be changed then that new look might not appeal to a lot of other people. I guess what i'm trying to get at is everyone has their own specific taste and not everyone can like the same thing no matter what it is.All you can do is get the bike you like the best and be happy with it, besides who cares how it looks just as long as you can ride it and have fun with it.
