Hey guys what air pressure do you run in your rear tire?

35, 35is good for the street if no one is riding b!tch. 40 psi in the rear will be good if you have a passenger. keep the front at 35 all the time unless your hittin the track. cheers

The guy at my dealership told me to run 42lbs. I figured that was too high. Thanks for the help man and keep the rubber side down!

42?! Talk about invitinga lowside!

Really, it depends on the tires, but those figures are good pallpark pressures. Personaly, I run 36/36 for street and 36/42 when two up on the Aprilia.. The CBR does not get used for 2 up at all.

i run 40 in front and rear and have the stock 600RR tires... works fine for me!

i run around 20 in the rear. makes it all easier to keep it straight when up on one.

Put what psi the tire manufacturer recommends...I can't believe you guys are throwing out a bunch of pressures without even knowing what make and model tires he has...freakin' dangerous! [&:]

40 in the front? thats nuts, you must have a very stiff ride. Im willing to bet that everytime you hit a pump you start having tank slaps. forget about even trying to do a stoppie/endo.

i dont do stoppies or endos, rock on for the guys that can do them, but i cant AFFORD a crash nor do i want one... im more of a speed demon that stays on two wheels... i should revise my post, its more like 35 in the front and 40 in rear. Seems to work out fine for me.
