Default 600RR vs. 600F41

I want to get my wife another CBR, she had a F3 that we sold before leaving Guam in Dec, and don't know if the RR or F4i would be better for her. Can somebody run down the pros/cons for them? I have a 1k so have not really looked at the 600s as much. I love the look of the RR though, I really don't like the long, single piece seat on the F4i but I'll go with whatever is better for her.

Thanks!

Noah

ill state some of the main differences. Yes the rr looks a LOT better. the f4i is a more comfortable bike and more of a daily driver. The rr has quicker throttle response and better handling characteristics hence the race replica.... i think thats correct.

have her sit on both and ride both and see what she likes more. there arent many differences she'll notice after riding position

Well depends on if she's like ricky bobby... Does she want to go fast!?!?!?! Cause my RR ate a 2002 F4I for dinner last night down West PA Road from a 30 roll!! I'm still walkin into the garage and burpin my baby from her big meal!

How tall is she? Make sure to buy a bike that fits her. Unless she's on the tall side, the RR's high seat will pose a problem, and lowering an RR solely because of a persons height restrictions isn't the best of ideas either.

I'm betting the F4i will be a better and more comfortable fit for her.

Yep, best bet is to let her sit on them and ride both if possible, but right off the bat I would bet on the F4i, but the 600RR is a REALLY awesome bike.

ive rode the f4i and i own a RR. the f4i is a great bike for some one who has no intentions to stunt nor race... very dependable to. The RR sits alot higher like said in the above post, also set up for the track!. the f4i is a bike used in which ever situation it is put it. least thats my opinion!!

Actually the F4i is a pretty popular bike to stunt, when i buy my secondary bike and cage it(cause I'm not bustni up my RR) it will be an F4i......

And to wxgsr77, I also noticed the long 1 piece seat and it drove me away. If she has no problem going used go to like an 01/02 i beleive is the year with the 2piece like this.....
