CBR won't idle. Starts as long as I have the throttle open to about 2000rpm. MIL light flashes 2 times, long pause, flashes twice again and continues to do this. The valves were recently adjusted. Any ideas?

 

2 blinks indicates a problem with the MAP sensor check for a loose hose

 

I just serviced the valves on my 2006 600RR. After fighting with it, I got it to fire, but wouldn't idle. I now got it to start and idle, but the MIL-FI light comes on. It blinks twice(which I hear is a code for the MAP sensor). Right when it starts it idles low(1000-1100 rpm's), then after 3 or so seconds of idling like that it kicksup to the normal "warming up" idle speed. I initially had a pinched vacuum tube which caused it to not idle off the bat, but fixed those and could not see any others while I was in there. Any ideas as to what this problem may be is greatly appreciated!
