I was looking into getting a 600RR either this winter or next spring. Do we know what the "new color(s)" are going to be for 2006? Reason I ask is because I'm a HUGE fan of the black 600RR's. Is black a pretty permanent color or limited production like the R6? Thanks in advance guys!

I believe its been on the bike for all 3 years of production so far... ('03, '04, '05), and then the black/tribal came out this year. No idea really as to what colors will be out for '06, but Im guessing they will be available in the tried and true black... if not, you can get an '05 for maybe a bit cheaper right as the year flips and stealerships are tryin to get rid of stock to make room for thier "new babies" whatever color you get, its still going to be a TIGHT ride IMO :P

I would try to get an '05. I just got my silver/black '05 600RR and it was only $7300. $1700 under MSRP isn't that bad of a deal I thought.
