2012 fairing and winterize
Hi
Hope some can help me answer these questions
1. I just winterized my bike and some want to check and possibly buy. Is it ok to start and run engine? Or should I change the oil again?
2. New bike. Can a 2012 fairing kit fit a 2008?

1) If you're just starting it up real quick for him to make sure everything's good, you should be fine. I ran my bike after I did my winter oil change just to make sure all the fresh oil got to circulate through the motor.
2) Yes, 2012 fairings will fit, but the 2012s had larger lower side cowls to cover the ABS units so you're gonna need to get extra fairing stays from your favorite OEM Honda parts dealer.
